Homeowners deposit funds into a secure escrow account before work starts. Contractors can start with confidence, knowing the payment is locked in and released once the job is completed and approved.

Once the homeowner taps “Complete”, escrow instantly releases the payment to the contractor. No chasing money, no delays.

Yes. Contractors must pass background checks and upload insurance documentation to earn the Verified & Insured badge.
